Measuring is knowing. Read this update when you make monthly reports or if you want insights, overview and control over your data. We have highlighted a number of useful Basic Reports & Visualizations:

Reports
Overview Newsletters, Leads and ClicksView the monthly circulation development of your Newsletters in a clear graph, including subs and unsubs. You can also see the number of incoming Leads or the Clicks recorded on your websites. You can find them in Ternair Interact. Click on “Reports” at the bottom of the menu and choose the desired chart. You can export statistics in different formats.
Usage
Email, SMS and TPR volumesHow intensively are marketing channels used? View your monthly volumes in Ternair Campaign. Open the gear icon at the top right of the menu and click on “Admin”. You will see multiple dashboards. By clicking “Usage” you will find charts showing monthly volumes of TPR, SMS, Email and – if applicable – A&E logins (acces control).
Marketing Database
Track account growthCustomers with a Marketing Database module can follow the growth of their accounts, including the gross and deduplicated volumes per source. In the menu of your Marketing Database, click on “Reports” for graphs and tables.
Monitoring
Keep an eye on unexpected selection outputWe all have selections that keep us awake. Are they still correct, are the schedules running, how many emails do they send out? Click on the menu item “Monitor” in Campaign for actual alerts. Soon, it will also be possible to set monitoring alerts yourself.
