Data connectivity: what is it and how does it work

Data and connectivity are becoming increasingly important for e-commerce, B2B and B2C. Efficiency only arises when processes synchronize with each other and systems exchange data. What is data connectivity?

Your systems, (web) applications and software solutions collect customer data. In 99% of cases, this leads to silos full of data used by one department or suitable for one application.

Data connectivity enables the connection of those different silos. It ensures that data from one silo is also available to the other department or organization. And that the systems, applications and software solutions you use can use each other’s data. In addition, it is possible to export data for reporting or analytics purposes, for example.   • Does data connectivity require customization?
    If integrations do not yet exist, you can create them via the tooling, without expensive consultancy. At the same time, there are already many integrations that you can use immediately. So no restrictions but also ‘Plug & Play’ options. This differs from the possibilities that you get through existing ‘Plug&Play’ packages such as ActiveCampaign and Hubspot (many integrations, but not exactly the ones you need, and therefore customization needed), in costs, and makes it possible to realize solutions much faster.
