Introduction
This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data by Ternair, which includes the following entities: Ternair Holding BV (Chamber of Commerce: 89 98 93 25) and 2bMore B.V. (Chamber of Commerce: 30 23 4 431). Hereafter collectively referred to as "Ternair", "we" or "us". Ternair processes personal data of its (potential) customers and partners. We do this in order to help our (potential) customers in the best possible way and to achieve our objectives. The basic principle here is that Ternair will not process more personal data than necessary for the purposes described below. In this privacy statement we will explain why and how we process your personal data.
Who is Ternair
Ternair develops and delivers customer data platform and marketing automation solutions and services for organizations that want to get more out of their customer data by using it effectively and efficiently for interactions with their target groups. With Ternair, we offer marketing professionals an advanced and user-friendly solution for setting up and automating data-driven campaigns in channels.
Personal data
Ternair processes your personal data because you use our products, services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. For example, when you subscribe to our newsletter and/or request information, demonstrations, quotations, etc. we ask you to enter your personal and company data. This data can be combined with previously obtained data from other Ternair services and/or request forms. We use cookies and other technologies to get an impression of your activities on our websites, e-mailings and services in order to provide you with an optimal experience. When you send e-mail or other communications to us, we may retain those communications. Sometimes we ask for your personal information relevant to the situation at hand. This allows us to process your questions and respond to your requests.
Special and or sensitive company information
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to avoid collecting information about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at marketing@ternair.com and we will delete this information.

To send invitations to participate in surveys, trainings or events related to Ternair's product and service offerings.
To send (personalized) newsletters and e-mailings to which you have subscribed. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe option
To communicate with you through various channels (phone, mail, email, social media, website, within our software) from both a service and marketing standpoint.
To improve our website based on your browsing habits and to tailor our range of products and services to your preferences. We only do this with your permission.

Retention periods
Ternair will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary. The retention period depends on the purpose for which we obtained or collected the data and any legal obligations to retain data. If you have any questions about this, please contact marketing@ternair.com.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Ternair never provides, sells, rents or leases your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to provide data, it is necessary for the performance of an agreement or you have given your consent. We engage service providers to perform our services. These are not 'third party recipients' but 'processors'. These processors do not use the data for their own purposes and only process the personal data in accordance with Ternair's instructions. We conclude a processing agreement with the companies that process your data to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Ternair remains responsible for these processing operations.

Your personal data is processed solely within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Security/Compliance
Ternair is ISO27001 certified and takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect against misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration. To protect your personal data, we have taken, among others, the following measures:
Ternair is ISO27001 certified and, as part of this, has a stringent information security policy. The Statement of Applicability can be requested from us.
Ternair carries the DDMA Privacy Guarantee hallmark. With this quality mark we demonstrate that we use personal data in a careful and transparent manner, that we deal correctly with personal data that (may) be used for advertising purposes, and that we act in accordance with all applicable privacy regulations. By means of an enforcement regulation, the DDMA assesses whether we comply with the strict rules and legal obligations.
Our website and software has an SSL certificate which gives visitors and users the guarantee that (personal) data are sent through browsers via HTTPS, which encrypts and secures information.
Our customer information software is tested annually for vulnerabilities by independent and accredited parties who perform penetration tests (or pen tests). The conclusion so far has always been that our software is sufficiently adequately secured to be resilient against digital attacks.
Ternair, as an information processing organization, has comprehensive measures and procedures to prevent data breach incidents and act on in data breach incidents.

Social media
To give our content more atmosphere and to report on our events and meetings we use social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. For this purpose, we may post images of event attendees, speakers and other individuals on our social media pages. If you prefer not to have us post footage of you on social media please contact us at marketing@ternair.com. The use of images by social media is subject to the privacy statement of the relevant social media platform.
Rights of data subjects
Ternair looks after all your privacy rights.
Information and access
You have the right to information and inspection of the personal data we process about you. We will gladly tell you how and why we process those data.
Rectification
You have the right to have your data changed if the data is not correct (any longer). Do you feel that we have incorrect data about you? Please let us know and we will correct it.
Erasure
You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. We may not be able to delete your personal data completely because we still need to process some of it for other purposes. For example, administration or other legal obligations.
Restriction
If you feel that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or inaccurately, you can also have that processing restricted.
Objection (opposition)
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you object to the use of your personal data to inform you about our activities and similar ("direct marketing") processing, we always honor this. You can prevent further receipt of (marketing) emails from Ternair by clicking the unsubscribe link in every email you receive from us. Your data will then no longer be used for direct marketing purposes. If you object to other forms of processing of your personal data, we will assess whether we can accommodate your objection.
Transferability
You have the right to transfer your personal data. This means that you can make a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a common file format to you or another organization named by you.
Withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw any consent you may have for data processing. For example, to receive e-mailings.
Exercise of rights
You can exercise your rights by contacting marketing@ternair.com. To make sure that the request is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
Supervisor
If you believe that we do not act in accordance with the GDPR, we would like to hear from you. You can also file a complaint with the national supervisor, the Dutch Supervisory Authority (AP).

On Ternair's website, we use cookies and similar techniques such as scripts, tags, fingerprints and measurement and conversion pixels (hereinafter collectively referred to as "cookies"). We use cookies for the functionality, quality and effectiveness of our website, email marketing and other digital channels.
