Vesting Finance realized a huge increase in online payments by approaching customers via automated e-mail in addition to sending letters and calling. A link from the payment provider was immediately sent along, ensuring that the payment arrived immediately and always correctly. Then things like the time of sending and amount in the link could be optimized with A/B testing.
"By optimizing this process we were able to increase the number of online payments from 15% to 35%. This saves a lot of work for our back office. We have also started using text messaging."
