Personalized directions

Carrière partnered with Ternair to create an innovative campaign. They developed a system that provides applicants and clients with detailed, personalized directions. Several hours prior to the interview, they automatically sent an email with the candidate's received time, location and a link to directions in Google Maps.

Clearance and better attendance

This approach has yielded significant results for Carrière. It has created less ambiguity among applicants, resulting in fewer questions for recruiters.
