We are a growing marketing software company of 20 people in IJsselstein, half of whom are developers (.NET/Database). Together with consultants they devise solutions for our clients to get added value out of their customer data. This includes new features as well as improving the design. We are leading in the Netherlands (top ranking in Emerce100), working for great customers like BNNVARA, Bouwmaat, RAI Amsterdam and Doctors Without Borders.
We are looking for a colleague who likes to solve functional and technical problems and has an eye for UX, design & quality. Your immediate colleagues include Full Stack .NET developers and Database developers. We work in bi-weekly sprints, in which we deliver a series of features/bugfixes/technicals and work closely with the Product Owner. We host knowledge sessions where someone talks about a technical topic and have a quarterly hackathon day where you can build something you like.
The technical landscape consists of Websites, APIs, Worker Services, Databases and Queues, with part on-premises and part in the Cloud. The development team has ownership of all applications (you build it - you run it), through CI/CD we continuously ship a stream of features and improvements. We prefer tried and tested to cutting edge.
There is an informal atmosphere, you can work from home and we have a nice office where we have lunch together and then take a walk or play table football.
