Ifunds is the only European Microsoft partner dedicated entirely to the nonprofit sector. These include both fundraising and membership organizations. We make nonprofit organizations work more efficiently, increasing their social impact.

Growing from the principle that well-implemented CRM is the solution for great social impact, we now see CRM as part of a broader platform. A platform that integrates CRM, Project Management, Grant Management, marketing automation and widely used third-party industry solutions, among others. We call this the Ifunds Cloud for nonprofits.

Ifunds & Ternair

Ternair has an integration with Ifunds, making all CRM customer data readily available on Ternair's Customer Data Platform with marketing automation. Ifunds customers can thus send highly targeted marketing campaigns to specific segments and set up automatic win-back, onboarding or payment campaigns through channels such as print, telemarketing, email and SMS.
