The desire of 013 Poppodium
As the largest music venue in the Netherlands013 offer its visitors a complete experience: from the moment ticket sales start until after a concert or club night. Previously, it took the marketing team a lot of time and energy to create emails, collect information and adjust content per event. The goal was therefore clear: a solution that allowed communication to be automated, error-free and yet personalized, fully in line with the unique look and feel of each event.
Recognizable style per event
Each show on 013's website has its own color and image. These visual elements are also used in communications, so that each event is instantly recognizable. Through an XML feed, retrieved via a web service, all event information, such as artist, date, time, venue, ticket price, color and header image, is automatically loaded into Ternair Campaign. The unique event ID from the URL is the key here.
The result: emails that exactly match the look and feel of the event, without an employee having to manually copy information.
Always up-to-date data through smart links
The link to the website ensures that data is constantly updated. Every five minutes it checks whether new events have been added or existing ones changed. Ticket information and relevant data is also retrieved automatically. This allows 013 to communicate quickly and specifically in an automated way.
