Planning & investment

The Service Pack is purchased as an annual license and is available in four variants:

*According to the fair-use principle, together we ensure the availability of specialists for your Service Pack. We therefore ask that you discuss and schedule scheduled work with Ternair in a timely manner each month.

Monthly hours in excess of the Service Pack are billed at regular rates in arrears. It is possible to structurally scale up the Service Pack in the interim.
