Support
Support included with license
All customers receive free help in using the software as part of their license. In the secure ticketing system in your customer portal, you can also report bugs, share files and request additional work.
Training
Learn to use the software optimally
Ternair has a manual and e-learning environment for users in the Help Center. In addition, we provide training on enrollment at several times throughout the year. Customized (in-company) trainings can also be provided on location upon request.
Specialists and Consultancy
Put specialists to work
Questions pertaining to your specific links, integrations, setup, campaigns or that deal with advice, analysis or improvements can also be asked via the customer ticket system. The resulting work can be purchased as part of a Service Pack, as a separate hourly rate or on a project basis.

Structural progress with Service Pack
Specialist services are available on a structural basis. With a Service Pack license you are guaranteed monthly specialist assistance, 10% discount on hourly rates and your own contact person. On the right you can see the different Service Packs.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Outsource complete processes
It is also possible to outsource complete work to Ternair. For example, in case of (temporary) understaffing, missing capacity and large projects. Agreements are made in advance on the basis of the work.
Posting
Flexible deployment of specialists
When there is sufficient capacity at Ternair, temporary secondment is possible. With secondment, Ternair makes specialized professionals temporarily available to your organization to support specific projects, functions or capacity needs. The specialists will remain employed by Ternair, but will work within your team for one or more days. Secondment offers flexibility, continuity and access to up-to-date knowledge.
