We have some great news. Soon we will introduce a new, additional way of working in your campaign environment. It’s not a replacement, but a powerful extension that makes working in Ternair clearer and easier.

We are adding two components with clearly distinct functions:

• Audience Manager – for creating and managing audiences

• Campaign Manager – for building automations and activating them via email, SMS, WhatsApp, website personalization, exports, and other channels.

Especially for users who do not work extensively with data selections, this will make the platform much more accessible. By separating audience selection from campaigns, the workflow becomes clearer and faster. And for power users? They can simply continue working the way they are used to.

Curious to see how it works in practice? On Thursday, March 19, from 13:00 to 13:30, we are hosting an online introduction session where we will demonstrate and explain the new way of working. There will also be time for questions.
