Website Engagement Model (RFM).

The Website Engagement Model (RFM). is a classification model that classifies website visitors based on their behavior. Based on recentness of visit and number of page views, visitors are divided into six segments. This provides insight into the level of engagement and enables targeted targeting. Unlike tools such as Google Analytics, you can select these segments directly and use them within Ternair Campaign for activation. This allows you to link web behavior directly to marketing actions.
